Staff very helpful but no milk, only one towel, tv didn't work, free Internet unreliable and air con stuck on high fan setting. Not encouraging for a purpose built new hotel. The Thorpe Park Hotel is a lovely hotel, and a huge difference from the normal "chains" I stay in on Business. It certainly surpasses both the Hilton and Marriott chains! We spent a weekend at Thorpe Park and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation, the facilities and the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. This hotel looks like your usual Travelodge from outside as it is based in the built-up business park... However it is of so different inside! Fabulous room, beds, baths, incredible service, fantastic flowers in the reception area, great food... I cannot fault this lovely establishment. Just wish that it had more scenic surroundings! More
