We booked through an internet site and said we would be arriving in the afternoon. Unfortunatly when we arrived we found that the reception area was locked. Retreat Inn had no record of our on-line reservation - but accommodated us nevertheless as a walk-in (thankfully it is not high season - but we could have been stuck had it not been November). Beds were okay but the bathroom was a big turnoff. It was not clean and will never ever feel clean - it really needs renovation.... More

The Retreat Inn is in the midst of a refurbishment and quite frankly it needs to include the staff because they just didn't really know what they were doing.
