This is my second visit to the hotel and I always ask for a room in the main hotel building. This time we had a privilege room over looking Windsor Castle, with complimentary drinks, nespreso machine, paper, bathrobes, etc. Room is nice and modern. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff.

Although we found the 'premier room' a little small, it had everything else we could have asked for considering the £170 per night price tag.
