Well located B&B with - for some rooms - views over the river. Very clean, good breakfast and very helpful, friendly hosts and some nice touches. Our 8 & 10 year old loved staying here and we were all made very welcome, from the point that we enquired about booking (helping us sort out rooms that would work for our... More

Sadly we only stayed one night but wish it was longer. Great location just off main street; far enough for peaceful night's sleep, close enough to walk to great restaurant (The Bistro was really wonderful), pubs etc. Beautifully appointed room with spotlessly clean and modern bathroom. Fab fluffy towells. Very comfy bed but pillow not so great as do love... More

We have just returned from an overnight in Summer Hill Guest House where we were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The rooms are immaculate with tea and coffee making facilities. One street back from the main road meant that it was lovely and quiet but still within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was all you could... More

Summerhill is absolutely beautiful house with spotless bedrooms! We were greater by the home owner and taken to room 8 on the top floor. Our room had beautiful views over the river. It was modern, spacious and clean. Our stay was peaceful and we would definitely stay again and recommend to all our friends More

What a wonderful place! We had a delightful brief stay here before heading off for the Snowdonia Marathon! A lovely greeting, sparkly in every way from the bathroom to the breakfast room, wish we could have stayed longer! More

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Summer Hill from the moment we were greeted by Jan, who showed us the guest loung with large comfy leather settees and the bright and airy breakfast conservatory. Our bedroom (room 7) on the top floor was tastefully decorated to a high standard and had a welcome tray with an abundance of... More

If you are looking for a base to explore Snowdonia then THIS IS IT ! Now I've said that I expect I'll never be able to get a vacant room in Summer Hill again. The welcome was just so friendly, I was shown around the lounge and the dining room and then to the room with explanations along the way.... More
