Bed was sagging and mattress thin. Sole chair in this tiny room had badly stained cushion. Overall, the room was uninviting with barely enough room to put one's suitcase down. We recently spent a weekend in Brecon to hike and visit, and this modest B&B fit the bill as we just wanted a place to sleep at night. Spend your time and money at a better place. The room was tattered looking. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. Most striking was the unfriendly owner. She needs to work in a different business, one that does not require warmth and hospitality.
