We had the honour of being the first guests of 2013 and we received the same friendly welcome that others have described. The room was spacious and had a lovely morning view, and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The farm is situated in a beautiful spot with long views over the Beacons. We were able to... More

Stayed for four nights end of Nov 12. Very friendly people, very welcoming. Could not fault Bryn Y Fedwen Farm, perfect location, local knowledge, will certainly be back. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you very much.

Lovely working farm set in beautiful Welsh landscape. All our needs were catered for as well as giving us helpful advise. My 2 year old son was very excited when he noticed sheep outside or window and from walking round the farm yard.

Thank you to John and Mary Adams for making us feel so welcome. The room was lovely and cosy, especially as it was tipping with rain outside. We slept so soundly. We could see the sheep in their pasture from our upstairs window. How wonderful to be only 10 or so miles from Brecon. We were made very welcome on... More

We had a wonderful stay with the Adams at Bryn Y Fedwyn. The rooms were clean, beautifully appointed, and cozy, We slept soundly on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. There is also a small fridge in the hall stocked with fresh milk and yogurt if you get hungry during the day. What made the visit perfect was the setting.... More

This farm house b and b was a great choice. Very pleasant, genuine hosts, big, clean bedrooms (2), good hot showers, plenty of parking, and a tasty, hot full welsh breakfast. Extra touches included a fridge on the landing for guests' use stocked with fruit juice, milk and yogurts, a real fire in the sitting room and homemade cake with our... More

We loved this B&B - it is nice & secluded, yet only 10 mins or so from Brecon. There are wonderful walks behind the house, and the views are well worth the short climb. The communal fridge & microwave were a boon. The hosts were fantastic, plying us with tea & coffee when it was too wet to go out... More

Came here with my girlfriend on a 2 night trip to Wales. Lovely working sheepfarm property tucked away up a long drive high in the hills. Hosts were attentive but not overly so, helped us with recommendations on where to eat etc. Went for a great late afternoon walk up the back of the farm (great views) and arrived back... More

Our fourth night on the South West Wales Tour. We had been referred here when enquiring at another property. It was the best referral one could have. Mary was very welcoming and homely. A working farm, located a mile off the nearest road, with stunning views across the hills. Our room was on the first floor with splendid vista. The... More
