The place is centrally located, parking is across the road, the staff is extra helpful (helped me photocopy some documents without a fuss and in a jiffy), the rooms are clean and with a nice view (got a 10th floor room overlooking Cardiff Millennium Stadium). Absolutely enjoyed the experience....and recommended without any questions...

Stayed here on the 10th June , went to see Rihanna , our room was very big and spacious . When coming back from concert they had tea and coffee out for the guests. By the time I got to my room that evening I had lost my room card , which the bloke at reception replaced with no hassle.... More

Great location bars and restaurants near by. Parking just around the corner but you need to be quick not to miss it ( look for Helmand house parking). Rooms are very clean and very spacious. There is a restaurant located in the hotel and its quite good value if you get the 3 course meal and breakfast for 22.99.
