Wonderful overnight stay with young children, lovely receptionist even offered to dry all our wet clothes for us. Morning breakfast was fantastic, no faults at all. We will be staying again sometime. More

Having had a nightmare last week with Travelodge and their dishonest doublebooking strategy it was a real pleasure to stay here. The room was excellent, the staff friendly. I will never risk using Travelodge again, this hotel has convinced me to use Premier Inn from now on. More

the staff at Swansea North were very caring & helpfull , i asked for an extra pillow & got it imediately .We stayed over easter time & a chocolate egg was left for my daughter on her bed, this was a lovely idea. Will defo stay here again. More
