Hotel and room were very nice clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is wifi throughout the hotel but you have to pay for it which I didn't expect. There is a car park next to the hotel and if you present your bill you get a discount and pay £18 which again I was a bit... More

Lovely stay here. My partner took me here for my birthday. The standards are so high and every detail made the stay so enjoyable. Staff very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Downside they don't have their own car park and parking cost £24.

Was in this lovely hotel last weekend. Was as a concert in Belfast and the hotel was very central. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to an executive room which was lovely. Love Belfast and would definately use the Hilton again.

I'm a Hilton customer and the Hilton Belfast is one of my favorites for business. Why I'd stay there again: - Great and comfortable rooms - excellent bed - very good breakfast - close to the central train station - good executive lounge -good bar Why not: - worst steak I've had in a hotel restaurant - staff could be... A smart, comfortable and conveniently located hotel matching up with the Hilton brand. Close to Victoria shopping centre and the Central railway station. Lovely views across the city/harbour. Pity that free wireless internet is only offered in the foyer and bar.

Pleasant, modern hotel. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable notwithstanding it being a twin room. Reception polite and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable though no one came over to provide coffee and the bacon was pale and soggy on one side and cooked on the other. No idea how hotels manage to do bacon so badly, in... More

£18 to park car for one night £15 to use wifi; unacceptable in 2013. Good view from room but filthy windows. Room - average. Breakfast - excellent as first customer down. Far better & cheaper to be had in Belfast. Usually stay at Dukes @ Queens and will not be back at this Hilton.

Stayed one night on business. Very good standard throughout although I felt it was overpriced for just a night's sleep. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good location. All the furnishings etc very good and the room was clean and spacious. Efficient check in and out service.
