Just needed a bed for the night whilst visiting relatives nearby. From check in to check out, couldn't fault it! Fantastic rooms, facilities and staff. Only reason not given a five (maybe a little unfair), were the drunks who returned to their rooms on same floor at 2.25am and woke everyone up! Not what I expected at such a great... More

I Stayed at the Stormont Hotel for a business trip for one night at the beginning of May. The service on check-in was very efficient, and the food during the conference was excellent quality. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to try breakfast or dinner, but the bedroom product was excellent with no need to request anything as my needs... More

Stayed here on business trip. Rooms have been improved and the beds in the executive rooms are amazing. Negatives. No sky sports not even in the bar. Shocking for an alleged four star hotel. No where to put towels in bathroom after you have used them.(plain weird) remote did not work for TV (shoddy just needed batteries) drink prices were... More

Stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel, primarily for Charity Ball, but also short break with friends. Great spot outside the city overlooking Stormont - fabulous sight. Hotel is well furnished & the staff were so friendly & helpful - genuinely friendly, not the 'have a nice day' type. My wife left some scarves in a drawer when we left... More

The earl of Belmont and I stayed at this very comfortable hotel. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. Rosalind and Eva in reception. The lovely Margaret and Callum, Chris et al in the dining room. Anthony in the restaurant where the food is exceptionally good. His Lordship and I had a tipple too many as one does... More

We caught an early flight and arrived at breakfast time to drop luggage. We were welcomed and invited to go have breakfast and then check in. Our party of four included a wheelchair and the hotel was easy to accomodate. Our rooms on the third floor had recently been revamped and were very comfortable with good beds and pillows. We... More

I stayed here with Lady A overnight. We enjoyed ourselves, indulging in the usual food & drinks. Staff were particularly courteous, viz. Margaret and Callum in the breakfast room; ths staff at La Scala bistro; and receptionists. Our room was spacious, warm amd comfortable. Very slight gripe: toilet cover hides the flush button; and shower is too complicated to use... More

I was impressed the minute I walked into this hotel, the fire burning in the foyer, the decor, the grand piano wow.....the only thing that would've impressed me more was if there had actually been a pianist playing! When booking in we were offered an upgrade from an executive room to the Short brothers suite. The suite was clean, spacious,... More

I only stayed one night waiting for flight next morning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much. The little touches that make the difference but cost them nothing (except the free coffee because I checked in early and had to wait for my room to get ready). Weirdly I got the WIFI to work in the bar... More
