This hotel had free parking but it was very tight and might not suit an inexperienced driver. The bedrooms were fine and breakfast was the usual for this type of hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Botanic Gardens are very close and worth a visit.

The hotel is in a great location, just around the corner from the botanical gardens and some really good eateries, and a reasonable walk into the town centre. It is just a short drive from the Titanic Experience too. The hotel is a basic HIE, though the car park at the back is a little like Colditz and the down... More

great place for that overnight stay in the City, clean and very tidy rooms, very pleasant staff, good value for money... Not so far from City centre and railway station Botanic near by. Taxi's just cost around £3/£4 in to town. Well worth a visit.

Very basic hotel, but it was clean and included breakfast which had all the usual choice. Thought at first it would be noisy and hen/stag parties but it turned out to be very quiet and got the best nights sleep I got in a long time in a hotel. Would return

Stayed here in April for a weekend with friends, clean with helpful staff and breakfast available until 12pm. Not exactly top end of the scale hotel wise but if you're only looking for somewhere to get your head down it's ideal, within walking distance of the Botanic/Queens area of Belfast.

The hotel is less than 15 minutes walk from the Crown bar in the Botanic district. It is easily reached from Botanic railway station and is close to several restaurants, bars, cages and minimarts. Rooms are modern with great Flat screenTVs and power showers. Wardrobes and storage space is in short supply. The staff give you a typical Irish welcome.... More

stayed for 2 nights, 3 adults in one room. Room was spacious and very clean. All staff from reception to housekeeping couldn't do enough to make us welcome. Complimentary breakfast included in rate and was served up to midday. Close to Botanic where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon

Very clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was basic and enjoyable - bacon, sausage, croissants, toast, yogurt, tea and coffee, cereal, and fruit. There was a small laundry rack in the room for hanging wet clothes (great for my 2-week stay) and a very clean shower. The only - and very, very small- downside to the room was that there was no... The staff are remarkable, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the rooms were just right! It was literally right around the corner from both Queens University (where our son was studying abroad) and City Centre, where all the action was. We would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Queens Quarter!
