I rarely give a hotel a perfect rating but Dukes at Queens deserve it. Our stay was around $100 per night Canadian and DEFINITELY worth it. This boutique hotel is located near the university and is about a 20 min walk from the main station but you can transfer on the intercity loop and get off at the Botanic station... More

Hotel located in great location with plenty of restaurants. Reception staff very friendly .Room was huge and of high standard. Only downside was the rude waiting staff in the bar, their attitude towards our kids was shocking and upset me terribly. More

We are just back from a 2 night stay in dukes and as we walked in we met a lovely friendly recepionist. We checked into our room which was of excellent standard and had the biggest and most luxurious bed we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in lots of hotels. We could not fault any of the staff, nothing... Best breakfast for years! Great location and friendly/ helpful staff. Hotel could be doing with a bit of refurbishment. Loads of light bulbs needed replaced and i-pod docking station didn't work in our room. Warning-if u are planning to have a decent sleep, don't stay on a Saturday night as the 'entertainment' in the bar went on until 2am. Great... More

We stayed for three nights. Hotel is on the corner of University street and Botanic Avenue and is only 10/15 minute walk into the centre. There are plenty of buses too. As it is in the university area there are loads of takeaways, pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes to suit every budget. Room was lovely. Nice comfy bed, air... More

it's with a slightly heavy heart that i have to write a slightly critical review of this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a very handy area of Belfast. No parking was a bit of a pain but it wasn't too difficult to find a space in the street. And the bedroom when you walked in... More

This is my third visit to Dukes. The reason I am a repeat visitor is because I was so impressed by the last two visits. On both occasions prior to this visit I made use of the basic double room. This time round, the reason for the visit was for my wife's birthday. As such, I splashed out on the... More

Stayed here whilst at a four-day Congress at Queen's. Wonderful attentive staff, great breakfast, really comfortable room, peaceful and cosy. Great decor - liked the style. Will be back for pleasure rather than business next time - and also for a longer visit to the excellent Titanic museum that I managed a quick visit to on the way back to... More
