Good, clean. Staff really nice. Some rooms noisy on Botanic Avenue, but good location has some bad points sometimes. Not many en suites, but I was happy enough to share the clean bathrooms. Much better than previous owners from 2006. Old, but nice. Lovely Breakfast. More
