Reasonably clean, but proprietors are major cat lovers.I saw two (probably were more) and there was a cat charity box at reception. When 25% of people are allergic to cats, I cant understand why any B&B owner would give them house room- AVOID

I stay there 2 weeks a month - Everything from the accomodation to the food to the brilliant homely atmosphere to the warmth of the owners........ Excellent, highly recommended

Stayed here many times while working in Aberdeen. Off street parking, nice breakfast, polite curteous owners, free internet most rooms with freeview tv. Many room options and mainly business clientelle during the week. I would recomend.
