Horrible place, was plonked in room 7 absolutely disgusting yellow walls, yellow skirting boards, yellow ceiling. Bathroom outdated, walls paper thin could hear everything from room next door. Any queries I had were dealt with straight away by the manager, who was very friendly and helpful. Just be aware that it is a listed building and there is no lift - I was on the second floor and the restaurant is in the basement (but help with my heavy luggage was given willingly). More

Very close to down town and all the shopping. Many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Typical UK hotel, small rooms, small beds, clean and comfortable. Free WIFI, good breakfast and lively bar in the Hotel. Friendly staff. More
