Stunning b&b, lovely rooms, owners and location. Not ideal if you need a city centre location, but it's brilliant for a bit of a more interesting stay outside of the city. A great retreat close to the city, motorway and links to the rest of Scotland. Superb breakfast adds to the quality of this hotel. Well worth a visit.

I stayed in February 2013 when in Dundee on business. The building itself and the bedrooms are all beautiful. The breakfast and the service was excellent and the log fire on arrival with tea and biscuits was about as welcoming as you could ask for! I will definitely stay here again, both for business and leisure!
