Really nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome coffee machines in the room, free minibar (!) and huge comfy beds, really can't fault the hotel. Now the bagpipe players just outside, that's a different story ;-)

Was a super Chic Boutique Hotel,. Payed so much attention to detail. Our room had a coloured code booklet showing where everything was. The bed was really comfy. Bathroom & robes were super. We had a a great breakfast, staff were very helpful & friendly, also had afternoon tea. Excellent! I will definitely be returning soon.

Brilliantly located in the old city of Edinburgh, right off the Royal Mile. The rooms are a great size with the necessary amenities, including two bowls and a bed for our lovely choc. Brown std poodle, for just an additional £10 pd. The staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful. We highly recommend it.
