Great parking facilities and bus stops near by with regular buses into town... Service disrupted by road works though which made b&b feel further from town than it is- we walked back both nights and walk... More

Lovely place to stay: very friendly, comfortable room (I stayed in the single with shared bathroom), tasty breakfast, frequent buses into the centre from right outside. I was there for the Fringe and it was a great base for that, and also for exploring Edinburgh.

Despite being located on a very busy road into town, no road noise got to the room. Very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom was modern and very clean. Tea/coffee making facalities in room. Breakfast was slighty let down by cheap quality sausages. Overall very good- would def use again!

Stayed for one night in the single room. Clean room and welcoming atmosphere. Easy to get to the city by bus. Frequent buses on the road in the front.
