I have stayed at this hotel several times while working at our Edinburgh office. The staff are always friendly and helpful; the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. They will always try to cater for what you want.
The wifi is pretty fast (generally about 5Mbs) and all the rooms I have had have large (32") flat screens....

From the minute we stepped over the threshold to the day we left, the hotel staff were fantastic!! I booked this hotel for a one night stay and I was pleased I did. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer.

reasonable rate, friendly staff, and very nice clean room in a charming setting. we would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. only minor complaint is that our bed mattress felt like it was as old as the hotel and wifi was spotty.
