Our family room was spacious, clean and cozy. The decent and comfortable room made us feel like staying home. The delicious and ample breakfast was always a good start for everyday. We really appreciate the kindness of our host in accomodating our needs and providing us with useful travel information. He is kind, attentive and helpful.

The Dunedin is a lovely place - in the B&B area of Edinburgh. You need to take a bus to the sites...or walk a good 25 minutes to the Royal Mile. Check in isn't until 5 pm and Check out is at 10 am - so this may not be the most convenient times for many travelers. Other than that,...
