Read between the lines of other reviews!!I have now eaten in the pub over a dozen times and whilst it can be busy on the weekends the food is always excellent and the service first rate. The menu is first class and we enjoy it greatly.

As a bar this place is fine. For food its abysmal. Been coming for years and was always happy. Now under new management the only improvment has cosmetic. Since the refurb last year, the place is looking great. The food is lovely and a reasonable choice, though quite pricey (£8.50 for macaroni and garlic bread).
