The hosts were very welcoming. We stayed in the double room with separate bathroom. Both rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with different choices each morning .- I particularly enjoyed the muffin with smoked salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

Roddy and Caroline treated the four of us A1 and made us feel special. Their breakfasts were absolutely above and beyond and went back from dinner one of the nights to a cake and tea for my birthday. Their accommodations were second to none. Clean and comfortable and host and hostess very hospitable.

My daughter and I were doing the moon walk at nearby Inverleith park so booked here to crash afterwards! Absolutely stunning, love their house.
