Lovely old building right in the heart of Edinburgh. The wood panels & staircase were amazing. The dining room was beautiful with lovely views. Breakfast was the full monty, which set us up for the day. Staff were lovely. What more could you ask for ? It was a privilege to stay here.

Fantastic victorian building and amasing rooms done in a comtemporary style in a Victorian setting. Breakfats buffet is fabulous and generous. Great deal for price. It is located outside major city streets but not far. Yet it gives you the opportunity to explore the NewTown.
