stayed for 2 nights in a family room. the room was huge with a sea veiw. great breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for annie. we went to edinburgh to see the pandas at the zoo. a very good base we even stopped off to see the royal yacht. lovely guest house and would love to stay there again.
