The aprtment was well appointed, comfortable and good location. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows hard and flat. Basement apartment had a view of walls and was dark. Very noisy on weekedn nights. More

We visited arrived here in the beginning of March - The Aparthotel is located at the top of Royal Mile - ideal location for sight seeing - there are some restaurants/cafas near the hotel. Really helpful staff, they managed to swap our apartment in an attempt to get better wifi reception. Our kids are small and safe place for them to sleep- no need to remove stuff from their room. Will stay here again truly great location for getting about! More

On arrival we were allocated apartment 105. When we went in we were overcome by the smell of smoke in every room. It was not made clear when booking that there were smoking apartments in the hotel and I may be allocated one. In a vain attempt to rid the rooms of the smell every window had been left open... More

Spent 4 nights here while visiting Edinburgh and was generally happy with my stay. The only complaint was the noise from the street outside my window, it seemed to be very busy with trucks, starting early in the morning. Very centrally located (7' walk from the train station) and very comfortable. Especially for families this one should be the greatest choice.
