This boutique hotel is well situated near the east end of Princes street at the top of Leith Walk. Our suite (we were upgraded!) was extremely comfortable, and the very large veranda was a bonus (the weather prevented us from using it!). Great hotel, nice staff. Very friendly and accomodating. Was there one night for work travel. Awesome room, great bathroom. Only downside - checking in and out takes a few minutes. So be ready to wait and be patient. Nice view outside. I'd absolutely stay there again. Not sure if there's a gym, didn't go. More
