We stayed on the third flood which was vey quiet because there was no one under us. The floor is squeaky and carpeting thin and worn so it may have been a different story for the lower units. We had a fantastic time in Edinburgh capped off with our fab penthouse appt, great facilities, kitchen over looked the castle sitting room appartments and the canal. The appartment was spotless. Little downside was that there were several groups who were slightly noisy! The staff here are excellent really helpful, I would stay here again!

Beautiful appartments, with everything and then some that you need for a perfect stay. Service top notch appartments functional beautiful and reasonable. Views overlooking canal and beautiful resteraunts walking distance. 5 mins from town also so need need for taxis. Fantastic for family and friends and much nicer than a hotel room.
