Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting edinburgh. Comfortable , clean and welcoming. Beds comfy too. Lovely breakfast .couldnt do enough to help. Highly recomend. I am very fussy and difficult to please but would definately return .

We stay in The Beverly for one night. Room was nice and clean only this fan in bathroom was a bit too loud. Breakfast is very good and have few options. Owner is very helpful and nice. Location is perfect 10 - 15 min by bus to city center or to zoo.

We returned to the Beverley for the 6 nations rugby weekend and it was excellent again. Judy is so welcoming and helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was newly refurbished. The location is ideal and we will definitely be back in the future.
