The staff were very polite and the room was huge with an enormous bed. However, two single beds pushed together don't enhance a romantic weekend. Stayed in a luxury room and found it to be of a high standard with a decent sized bed, nice linen and very clean. The bathroom was decent with good selection of unguents. The bath towels were fluffy and absorbent. The robes however are a bit frayed. The only downside was that they forgot our order of morning papers.

Stayed for 1 night recently on a itison deal. Including cocktail and 3 course dinner and breakfast. Beautiful room, top class service and wonderful food. Amazing stay.cocktails were superb. The whole ambience was exceptional. Will return.

Stayed at Tigerlily for special birthday treat with friend. From the minute you walk through the door the staff and surroundings are amazing. Room was gorgeous and everything was thought of. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic staff, fantastic food and drink. Cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Tigerlily! It was a perfect, central location and the entire staff was helpful, courteous and so friendly! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here next time we visit the lovely city of Edinburgh!
