This is not your typical B&B this is more, the house is elegant, the service wonderful and the rooms are like best hotel rooms. We were group of people going to a brithday party in Edinburgh and we all stayed at the One Royal Circus, we couldnt have found better place to stay.

This upmarket B&B, not far from the centre of Edinburgh, was the perfect refuge from the Festival and Fringe crowds! A feast for the eyes, sumptuous furnishings, wonderful bedrooms and a delicious breakfast (from the menu). This is a place for young or older couples who want a secluded escape. No comforts spared!
