This was the second time we have stayed here.This stay was a good as the first time.The room was faultless as was everything else about this place.There is everything you need in your room and a nice comfy sitting room with the added bonus of wifi. We will stay there again.

Back again to this fantastic guest house. it's like staying with family. Everything you could possible need or want, comfortable beds great sleep and breakfast at its best. Will most certainly be back. Camlyn and Gordon are great hosts.

This is a very lovely b&b. Owners are very welcoming, rooms are extremely comfortable. There is a lot of choice for breakfast, therefore you have to keep coming back to try them all. South Queensferry is a lovely place to base yourself when visiting Scotland and would highly recommend this b&b to anybody.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here while in Scotland, rooms are always clean and warm, with plenty of tea and coffee on hand, Breakfast is excellent even though I have the Gay/lady's version (without black pudding) The hosts are a great couple and always look after you. Thank you!

Nice welcome and very convivial host. Room a bit small and dated but clean with ample extras and a good shower. Breakfast very good with a great choice. Main accommodation in house to rear of main house. Good price.
