Stayed here one night after touring East Scotland. The hotel is well out of town and easy to find. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom and looked as though it had recently been refurbished- modern bedhead, flatscreen TV and spotless bathroom. We had a surprisingly good night's sleep considering we were next to the motorway! Nothing can be... More

stayed at this travelodge for one night and wouldnt like to spend anymore time here.he room was very basic. apart from a bed there was not much else. no bed side tables and very poor bedside lights reminded me of a small torch on a metal arm which never stayed up, small tv mounted on wall, plastic chair and a... We stayed here last week whilst we attended a family funeral. First of all, this place is awkwardly located but once found there were adequate parking spaces adjacent to the hotel. I did notice that the most of the disabled spaces were occupied by cars without blue badges. The tiny reception is clean and bright and has a large vending... More

Easy to find following Travelodge own directions. Plenty of parking close to hotel Check-in staff very friendly, fast and helpful - gave us a heads-up on the nearby Beancross Restaurant which was doing deals Room was clean Amazingly not particularly noisy despite the motorway being right outside Very comfy bed! Just right temperature-wise Good shower - easy to use Beancross... More

This is my second review within the last three months and this one is less favourable!! Upon arriving on a Sunday evening I was welcomed or in better terms not welcomed by a short lady with black hair (she didn't have a name badge to catch her name) who was appalling. She checked me in into the hotel with the... More

i stayed here 1st feb 2012 with my disabled sister on the way back north after a late flight into edinburgh, there was a lot of scaffolding around the building which meant the nearest parking spaces were out of use, there were still plenty of spaces though.we were checked in by a very cheery and efficient man,who gave extra sugar, milk etc with... We have stayed at Travelodge Falkirk twice in the last month. We have stayed in quite a few Travelodges and Premier Inns and I would rate Travelodge Falkirk as very good as a budget hotel. It is kitted out in their newer style of furniture and decor. The first time we stayed in Dec 2001 I managed to get the... More

The room was a good size and was spotlessly clean. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were very very thin. The additional pillow from reception made little difference! More
