We had a one night stay on Good Friday. Peaceful location but near enough to the town and a couple of local eateries. The owners are particularly hospitable and friendly. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ashbank. i was travelling with my two teenage daughters and they loved the place too. it is an easy walking distance to the train as well as to a couple of restaurants for dinner. the room was comfortable, clean and charming and i loved the tea and biscuits provided! wifi too...most of the time....
