My wife and I visited the Gilvenbank this weekend for a Saturday meal. Steak pie was excellent as were the veg fajitas (apparently). Meal and wine was reasonably priced and staff were very friendly. Definately go back here - very much enjoyed. More

Ate here recently for the 1st time. Menu is basic and not massively inspiring, however I enjoyed what I had.....fish cakes and chicken pasta. Reasonable prices and good service. However, we did feel rushed and the food came very quickly and only 5 mins between starter and main. Wouldn't hurry back but wouldn't not go back. More

It took us a while to find it, it is only signed when approaching from one way, which got us lost.
