Lovely and welcoming hotel. Staff very hel[ful and friendly. Lounge areas very comfortable with lovely views over the gardens. Dining room very smart with subdued lighting and serves an excellent varied breakfast menu and food at dinner is above par with a comprensive wine list.

This small hotel (20 something rooms) is simply excellent. The food is superb and the rooms are really comfortable and spacious. Staff are friendly without being "in your face" but not as professional as you might wish. Thoroughly recommend.

I have not stayed at this hotel, but it is a great place for Sunday Lunch - or lunch at any other time for that matter. The staff are absolutely great - very friendly and great service. The gardens are also beautiful.
