Hotel is located very centrally for all attractions in st Andrews. Great breakfast, big rooms, Molton brown toiletries. Great location, central and with wonderful sea views. An old building but well modernised inside. Room 3 was spacious with excellent bathroom. Flat screen TV which, unusually, receives all the Sky Sports channels. Superb breakfast. On the special deal we had it was excellent value. More
