“Golfers heaven”

This is bed and breakfast done perfectly. We were 8 golfers on a pilgrimage to St Andrews and Maria and Del gave us the hotel to oursleves despite the fact that it meant a little lost revenue for them. We spent two nights at the guest house. Maria and Dell were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful with sight and restaurant suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the room and bath were spotless. Maria and Dell were the best of hosts, helping us contact friends in the area and directing us to excellent restaurants for dinner each evening. They made this trip with our friends so memorable that we are talking of returning soon. Ken and Kari Soldwedel More

I stayed at Doune House with a friend to attend a wedding in St Andrews. The location was fantastic. 2 minutes walk to the main street and no more than 10 minute walk to even the furthest edge of town. The cinema is literally around the corner and all the bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk.... More

Our best B&B experience. Wonderful hosts, location, rooms and food. We found this to be a perfect location for a golf experience at the old course, St. Andrews. A wonderful B&B close to all interest points from the Medieval coast and University buildings to the Greens of St Andrews. Only a short walk. Delightfully appointed with a wonderful welcome from hosts Maria and Del. Would highly recommend. More
