Booked a 3 night shopping break with Bed Breakfast and Dinner included for £99 with a £10 shopping voucher back. Friendly staff, good food, Room clean. It's not the Ritz, but then again I didn't pay Ritz prices. People who have negative comments about the Swallow would probably have the same comments about the Ritz.
