Our room and especially the bathroom were in mint condition: the floor in the bathroom was lifting, bathtub front cover was broken, in the room a wall had recently been plastered, the bed and its header didn't seem to match. Stayed here for one night after my wife and I's anniversary night out. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable and staff friendly. Good music in the bar. Have eaten here before and food was okay, but overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great location and friendly staff - but tiny rooms and paper thin walls - Seriously, while in your room, you can hear the entire conversation of people staying next door - or worse, whenever the guy next door decides to urinate, you hear all of that too.

I had the misfortune of staying in this hotel and the decor can only be described as something you would see in a horror film. The rooms were absolutely filthy-they must not employ cleaners. Just back from an overnight stay in the brunswick hotel .. what a great place for food and drink very reasonable prices .. ate in the restaurant delicious brusetta very tasty .. will definitely be back .. staff so friendly .. only thing music was just a wee bit loud .. maybe I'm getting old :))I
