If you do not believe me check out my photos. Where to start. Outside rubbish all around and iron bars against the windows, looks more like a dhs hostel not a hotel. Inside the bedroom was filthy, dirt and grime over all the surfaces, bags of old rubbish including food left in the wardrobe, the tray for the kettle was... More

Eeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh. What is this all about? At least there was hot water. Oh wait. There wasn't. I have never see anything like this before. I will just write all the problem now: cobwebs, broken tv, required an extra bed and was made to get it myself from another floor, made to put on own bed sheets, worst stained curtains ever,... More

We booked here in March to stay for a night when going out in Ashton Lane. It was a disgrace. First of all we had to walk up a very steep hill to get to it, then while waiting to enter there were people going in and out as if it was a homeless shelter. On arriving we went up... More

The staff were friendly, the hotel was in moderate condition, I had no pillow cases on my pillows and no toilet rolls in the room! The beds are rubbish, I sat on mine and fell through, and I also sat on my friends in the room next door and fell through that as a large majority of the slats were... More

Receptionist unfriendly and asked for cash as card machine broken. No receipt given and no apology for keeping us waiting outside in cold for ages to get in. Dirty laundry on stairway down to our family room. Room nothing like pics on their website. Bathroom disgusting - black mould on showerscreen, towels old and frayed (wouldn't dry a dog with... More

The condition for the price is OK. The location is excellent for the west end for good restaurants, pubs (Orn Mor), transport (underground) and the city centre. More

Spiders webs, sticky remote control, hairs all over the carpet and shower, toilet seat didn't fit, TV screen broken, no covers on the pillows, threadbare towels, stained + threadbare carpets. We arrived very late and too late to change hotels - this is an appauling place and should be shut down. It felt more like a hostel for alcoholics than... More

On arrival the lady at the desk advised that authorisation only taken on website so still had to pay for rooms. I thought fine so I got my credit card out and she said that credit card machine was down and as it was the weekend it would not be repaired during our stay. We had ordered two single rooms,... More
