Recently spent one night. Nice residential neighborhood, short walk to river and pubs etc. Superior restaurant right across the street. Clean, comfortable upstairs room with good view of river, castle and town. Soso breakfast.

We didn't like the B&B, the owner wasn't very welcoming. The bed wasn't comfortable, the telly was noisy for some reasons, the breakfast not really good. Less than 5 minutes from the end of the Great Glen way and opposite the Rockcliffe Hotel for food so no need to walk another step. The room had no view of the castle but did have a bath which after 5 days walking was much appreciated.

Kate was a fabulous hostess. She seemed genuinely happy to greet us when we arrived. Room was comfortable and well kept. Toliet and shower clean and very modern. Breakfast was huge and delicious.
