Great location, at the side of Loch Ness. The views from the lounge and dining room were beautiful. The food was excellent, but the best part of the hotel experience was down to the staff, who were all very helpful, efficient and pleasant.We will be back!

Good experience at check in (advised restaurant busy that night and do we want to book) Room good (with exception of terrace seating for bar being right outside the window of the 'luxury room'. Arriving at the hotel , seeing the Loch, it all looks very nice. Once inside, it's all looking not that well. The rooms were very small. The price is right, no question about that. It is very cheap, nice surroundings. It was clean too.

Just returned from a fantastic one night break at The Clansman. We booked direct (last minute) and got 20% off dinner in the restaurant. And what a dinner! The seafood chowder and Thai mussels were stunning - followed by large portions of scampi and steak burger which were very good. I even found room for the pecan and banoffi dessert... More

Stayed at the clansman easter wkend. Lovely wee hotel. Rooms are small but lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nice as was the evening meal but a bit pricey. Great wee cafe and gift shop. Only thing is its on the main rd and u need a car. Would love to return again sumtime soon.
