Ideal base for a visit to Inverness and environs. Good accommodation, with comfortable bed in large room, plenty of storage restful sounds of the river. Shower room small but well equipped. An excellent Breakfast. Enjoyed the riverside walks into town.

Only 4stars just because of the parking. We had a large rental car and had to back out onto the road. Breakfast was the best of all the B&B's we stayed in & hosts the friendliest. Our room was a bit dark and chilly at times, but there is a nice sun lounge and deck by the river.

Well I have only been here one night so far out of two but I feel this place is absolutely brilliant. The warmth of welcome is typical Scottish welcome (best in the world). If you are a B&B traveller...this is the must do for Inverness. Place is cute and comfortable. People are friendly and fun. Food is FANTASTIC.
