As a yachtsman en route to the Isles, I enjoyed soup and a wonderful plate of pasta and prawns in a comfortable chair tucked in beside the staircase. The staff could not have been kinder (I wasn't feeling very well) and looked after me beautifully. Thank you so much for a lovely start to my sailing trip.

It could be once excellent hotel in Inverness for a royal and comfertable stay also for its good location. During my stay i found it has partly lost its royal color. Room given to me was small. Nightlife is very quiet around this hotel, however good for window shopping...
