Good large rooms with lovey bathrooms. Very friendly owner, great breakfast and a good comfy beds. Was about 10 of us staying all in different room which were all very good and the hospitality was great to. Also has car park at back of house which was great.

Large room which was, thankfully, on the ground floor as I had a very heavy case! Decor fairly tired. Very meagre "hospitality" tray with just tea and coffee, not biscuits or anything else like that. Bed was quite lumpy. Friendly owner though!

Ideal base for visiting Inverness. Definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed in three guest houses while traveling in the UK. This was the best by far. The rooms (bedroom & bathroom) were spacious and clean. The owner was very accommodating when asked about an early breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises.
