Booked an overnight stay at short notice. The room was spotless with fresh decor. Beds were comfortable and an excellent, hot, freshly cooked breakfast. Excellent value for money.A warm and friendly greeting. the guesthouse is located in a quiet side road but close to the town centre. Will stay again.

We'd strongly recommend this guest house for its convenience to restaurants and shops. Clean friendly and affordable with good parking very close to town centre. Nice breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

had occasion to stay overnight in Elgin recently and saw the reviews for this b&b.I decided to bookthere and then and was not disappointed. It is a wee gem of a place with a breakfast to die for .Will definatelly stay ther again.

Just returned from a week in Elgin where we lived at Southbank Guesthouse. It was a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was really nice and the breakfast was great. The place has a very cozy atmosphere. Certainly hope to visit the site again

Nice and small B&B, But Great service and the rooms are some of the nicest i have seen in a B&B

The greeting we got was very friendly we were soaked to the skin with the scottish weather and Isobel dried our clothes in her tumble dryer for us.
