This is a late review but we did stay at Willowbank back in August, what can i say - drab rooms, clicking water pipes all night in room 4, weak instant coffe in a pot, left over chewy toast, manky full English breakfast ordered at 7.30am and on the table at 7.34am hardly freshly cooked, awful smell in the evening... We stayed here because we where attending a friends wedding that weekend so we were just staying one night! We didnt know what to expect but here are the positives and negatives of the b&b =)! Likes: One reason why we chose this b&b was because of how close it was to the train station (5min walk max!), the price... More

Could have done with more for breakfast. Fried breakfast consisted of 1 sausage, 1/2 rasher of bacon, egg, small spoon beans and some vile mushrooms. Would suggest to modify breakfast quantity. More

this is a very late review due to me travelling quite a bit in the last few months, but here goes. ROOM VERY COSY, BREAKFAST VERY VERY NICE, LOCATION BRILLIANT, AND FINALLY THE HOSTS JUST GREAT. 6 weeks away from my home due to work was made very enjoyable , including a brilliant night at the local city hall for... I stayed in this B+B for a week last October. The owners were friendly and helpful, the accomodation was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The garden was a delight, well looked after and very relaxing, with lots of birds. We even saw skeins of geese every morning and evening as they flew over the... More

I can honestly that the week that me and my partner spent at the B&B Willowbank has to of been by far the best ever, the location was spot on, not far from the town centre or the key attractions for Scotland. The owners of this establishement were some of the kindest people I have ever met they provided an... More

My friends and I stayed at Willowbank B&B after a 72mile cycle from Tain on the 24th May 2008. This B&B was fantastic, our room was excellent, it was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfy and the hosts were very friendly and inviting. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and cooked to order as it said on the menu.... More

I don't know what sort of attitude LucyLamb had when staying at the Willowbank Guesthouse in Elgin. My stay there was absolutely the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The hosts were so friendly and approachable. My friends and I were informed of all the things to do having never visited Elgin or indeed Scotland before and were dierected... More
