Only had one short night to stay, unfortunately, but this place is totally comfortable and welcoming (even in the absence of the owner who was away when I stayed). very friendly warm welcome. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in years of travelling around the country. the rooms are very clean and quiet and there was no excessive noise from any other guests or the street. we stayed nearly 20 weeks so it was well tested
