A basic stay at an affordable hotel was what I wanted for Perth, and that's what I got. I walked the mile from the train station to the hotel. It was snowy, and the hotel surroundings were well-gritted. The hotel is located just over the river, so close to the centre, but not in the middle of it all.

What can you say. Room was clean and warm. Everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is its needing a bit of upgrading and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. But for what we paid for it, no complaints. It suited us fine
