This is a most welcoming,warm and friendly guest house oozing with comfort in the bedrooms and the lounge. It's decor is of a high standard and with a hearty tasty Scottish breakfast. It's easy to find, ample car parking close to the town centre and within walking distance of the nationally significant Perth Museum and the Fergusson (colourist) Art Gallery.

A lovely guest house on the long Dundee st. in Perth. You should call them so they can explain how to get to the house becasue of the address. The owners are very nice and help with anything, whether its restaurants, attractions etc. The room was nice and large, very clean and well kept, and breakfest is good. Highly recommended.

Have to say that the welcome received by Ann at the Beechgrove was very warm. The room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Although she did say that we may hear traffic noise, there was no noise at all from the road that we could hear. The only noise heard at all was from a quite creaky headboard!... More
